Noodles & Company Exploring Asian Cuisine

Gochujang is a Korean savory, spicy and tangy fermented condiment made from red chili peppers, sticky rice, fermented soybeans and salt and highlighted today not only as a seasoning but also as a nutritional supplement.

The company has also partnered with TV host and food blogger Chef Katie Chin to spark dialogues on how to make Asian cuisine easy and straightforward for everyone.



Noodles & Company, a fast, casual restaurant chain headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado was founded in 1995 by Aaron Kennedy. It serves international noodle and pasta dishes, salads, soups and sandwiches.

According to the company’s website, they pride themselves on recreating recipes from around the world without using processed ingredients.
