The 1,200 square foot restaurant represents Wok Box 56e worldwide and the company’s premier fast food restaurant in the United States. The Hillsboro facility is owned and operated by veteran franchisees Ron Elton and his son Michael, both longtime local residents.

The restaurant’s opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wok Box plans to open additional stores in the United States in 2012, including in Phoenix, Arizona, and Tyler, Texas.
