The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the business unit, staff, building and property, including managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a focus on long-term goals and objectives. General Managers ensure operations are focused on Friendliness, Customer Service and Satisfaction, Cleanliness and Crazy Good Mexican Food â„¢. The General Manager acts as a leader to develop, train and empower management staff and hourly employees to achieve positive sales, increased profits and budgets, in addition to meeting the highest quality standards , service, cleanliness and sanitation of food and drink.

Jalapeno Tree is a full service family restaurant with a passion for Crazy Good Mexican Food. striving to create a family environment with an emphasis on fresh food, quality ingredients and exemplary service.

Manager training takes place Wednesday through Sunday each week in Tyler, TX (please see offer letter for changes). The location of your employment will be determined at the sole discretion of Jalapeño Tree towards the end of your training.
