Regional restaurant chain is hiring for 2 dozen jobs in Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia and Centralia

A regional restaurant chain known for its localized experiences and pub fare in Oregon and Washington State is recruiting for more than two dozen positions from Seattle to Tacoma, Olympia and Centralia.

From Thursday, McMenamins had 32 job openings advertised on its job portal section from its website for positions such as assistant manager, host, dishwasher and cook.

The website notes that $1,000 signing bonuses are offered after 90 days of employment in line cook positions at all of their restaurants.

McClatchy News confirmed Thursday that a searchable database of vacancies is up to date and all advertised job openings are always available.

Here are the current positions listed:

SEATTLE

Of them McMenamins Seattle locations are hiring for a total of 8 positions which include assistant manager, pub cooks and more:

Six arms pub and the kitchen hires line cooks, assistant managers and servers.

Queen Anne pub and the kitchen hires a line cook and reception staff.

TACOMA

A McMenamins Location Tacoma recruiting for a total of 14 positions which include service, security and bottle store personnel:

Temple of the Elks recruits a cook preparer, assistant managers, a bartender and couriers.

OLYMPIA

The McMenamins Location Olympia recruiting for a total of 4 positions including host, waiter and cook at Cafe Spar.

CENTRALIA

The McMenamins Centralia location is recruiting for a total of 6 positions including host, waiter and cook at the Olympic club.

The job opportunities come amid a frenzy of job openings across the country as more than 370,000 jobs were added to the U.S. economy in June, according to recent report from The News Tribune.

Although these new job opportunities are available, the unemployment rate in the United States has remained at 3.6% for the past four months, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
