Restaurant manager (with benefits and profit sharing)

Overview:
Starting a brand new fast food restaurant and looking for a restaurant manager with benefits and incentives. Management experience is not required but restaurant or bar experience is required.

Salary:
Pays up to 70k depending on experience.

You are looking for the following attributes:
• High energy and ability to work long hours/weeks
• Good in mathematics and computer science
• Ability to manage people and achieve results while maintaining good employee relations
• Ability to stay organized. Create checklists, update schedules, etc.

Requirements:
• US work authorization is required
• College education preferred
• No criminal record and no drug use
• Must be able to provide references
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Perform other duties as needed
• This role requires the ability to move around and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform is also required
